About Us

Naiker Associates is a boutique migration law firm offering professional advice and services to those interested in migration to Australia on a temporary or permanent basis. Over the past decade, we have assisted countless clients to successfully migrate to Australia. Many of our clients have provided us with referrals and are still in contact with us due to our quality and professional service.

We have been involved with migration consultancy for individuals, small businesses and community organisations. We act honestly within our professional guidelines to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

Our Services

Madhu Naiker – My Story

Our Director Madhukar Naiker is a qualified solicitor and registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARN 0601856). He has several law degrees LLB, LLM and MIL and with this breath of knowledge, he is able to apply it to any challenging case. Not only working with clients in Queensland, frequent travel leads to work interstate and overseas.

Having lived in 4 continents and speaking several languages, he is able to meet client needs overcoming language and cultural barriers. Balancing academic and practical work has led to a colourful career and achieving results for his clients.
